Our county manages millions of taxpayer dollars. Those funds must be safeguarded, invested responsibly, and handled with respect for the people who earned them. That standard has guided my entire career, and it’s the standard I’ll bring to this office every single day.
The Treasurer’s office plays a vital role in how our tax dollars are collected, protected, and distributed. Residents deserve a Treasurer who understands finance, values accountability, and puts people first.
With more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry and financial management — and deep roots in community service — I’m ready to build trust and ensure Adams County’s finances are managed the right way: responsibly, transparently, and with zero tolerance for nonsense.

I will ensure every public dollar is collected, managed, and distributed with accuracy, accountability, and transparency. Taxpayers deserve a Treasurer who takes stewardship seriously and protects county finances at every step.

The county’s investments must be handled safely and strategically. I will focus on stable, low-risk investment practices that strengthen county services, safeguard public funds, and support long-term financial stability.

Adams County deserves a Treasurer who is steady, honest, and professional. I will bring integrity and transparency back to the office so residents know their money is being handled the right way — every time, without drama.

Expand Financial Literacy & Community Outreach
A strong county starts with financial education. I will lead proactive financial literacy efforts, partner with schools and community organizations, and focus on community outreach to promote financial education and literacy, empowering individuals to make informed decisions for their families and our community.
By meeting people where they are — in neighborhoods, classrooms, and community events — the Treasurer’s Office will become a true public resource, not just an administrative office.

Jason is a seasoned finance professional with a degree in finance and more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry. His background spans consumer and business banking, finance and accounting, fraud prevention, compliance, and management. Today, he serves Adams County families and small businesses through his work at a local credit union — a nonprofit, member-owned institution that puts people over profit.
Jason is deeply committed to community leadership. As Vice Chair of the Adams 12 Long Range Planning Advisory Committee (LRPAC), he helps guide responsible, community-supported capital investments in local schools. Through his involvement with the Adams County Regional Economic Partnership (AC-REP), he works to strengthen economic opportunity and support local businesses.
A dedicated volunteer with Junior Achievement and financial literacy programs, Jason believes strong communities begin with strong financial education and access to opportunity.
He is running for Treasurer to restore trust, protect taxpayer dollars, and deliver the professional, transparent financial leadership Adams County deserves.
